• "Agreement" refers to the contract between the Client and Gardeners Camden outlining the Services and terms.

Services Provided

Gardeners Camden offers a range of professional gardening services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn maintenance
• Pruning and trimming
• Planting and garden design
• Weed control
• Seasonal garden cleaning

User Obligations

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information regarding their gardening needs.
• Ensure access to the property during agreed-upon service times.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations related to gardening and property maintenance.

Payment Terms

Payments for Services are to be made as follows:

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking a service.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Services.
• Accepted forms of payment include bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel Services under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will incur no penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Limitation of Liability

Gardeners Camden strives to provide high-quality Services. However, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions.
• Personal Property: We are not responsible for any damage to personal property within the service area.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Gardeners Camden, including designs, plans, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Gardeners Camden. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing this material without explicit permission.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected from Clients will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our Services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Amendments

Gardeners Camden reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through the agreed-upon communication channels.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement under the following circumstances:

• Material breach of the terms by the other party.
• Insolvency or bankruptcy of either party.
• Mutual agreement to terminate the Agreement.

Force Majeure

Gardeners Camden is not liable for any failure to perform Services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, or other unforeseen events.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardeners Camden operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
